Pond Update: Snails & Duckweed! 🐌🌿

Our backyard pond just got even cooler, we added swimming snails! They move so slowly it’s funny, but when you watch them glide through the water, it feels like they’re tiny explorers with little shells for backpacks. I love spotting them on the rocks and plants.

The pond is getting busier every day. We started with fish, then frogs laid eggs and we got tadpoles, then we added glass shrimp, and now the swimming snails are here too! 🐟🐸🦐🐌 It’s like a whole underwater town.

The water plants are growing big and green and we have Duckweed growing on the surface, and the canopy Mom and Dad put up still makes the perfect shade. I like sitting on the bench and watching everything, it’s like my own secret nature show.

I feel proud of how the pond is turning into a real ecosystem. I can’t wait to see what new creatures join us next! ✨
